NEW 35kHz Electrical Motion 35 Ultrasonic Welders

The Electrical Motion 35 is the second electrically driven ultrasonic welding machine in the Rinco range, but the first with an operating frequency of 35 kHz.

Thanks to its high precision, it is the perfect partner for carrying out reliable and reproducible welding and punching operations on plastics and synthetic textiles.

Rinco have expanding the range in the Electrical Motion series to include a new 35 kHz welding machine. It is the perfect choice for the ultrasonic welding and punching of small to medium-sized plastic parts and synthetic textiles. Typical applications include, for example, joining thermoplastic moulded parts or punching bumpers. What's more, metal threads can be die-sunk into moulded parts and synthetic textiles can be cut with supreme ease.

Improved and reproducible results can be achieved thanks to the fact that the welding parameters can be controlled with great precision. The parameters are easy to enter via a 12" touchscreen. The welding cycle is freely programmable, decreasing cycle times and increasing the quality of the welding results
