The FPA actuators are suitable for all FFS machines (form fill seal) and we can provide you a retrofit kit to upgrade from heat sealing to ultrasonic sealing.
With patented sealing technology from RINCO ULTRASONICS AG, wider, shaped seal welds are possible, allowing perforations for hanging holes to also be integrated. Sealed seams can be formed with rounded edges, which helps to enhance hygiene, eg. in the healthcare sector.
With ultrasonic sealing, heat-sensitive products can also be reliably welded, and thanks to ultrasonic seal welding, welds remain strong even when exposed to foreign substances in the weld area.
